Easily Edit your own Web Site via a CMS (Content Management System).
Now You can Easily make Professional New Web Pages and amend your Site Navigation.
Quickly add/edit/delete new pages to your website and have full control over the navigation via a simple tree style admin system.
In your secure admin area just right click in the area you need a new page and choose Create / Navigation give the new button a name in this example we will call it "Accessibility".
Then right click again and choose Create / HTML Page give that the same name.
You will now have a new page and corresponding linked navigation button it will have the same look as all your other pages except it will have no main content. This is easily entered via your XHTML Editor.

Having chosen a template, a days will be allocated to customise the template to suit your business requirements. (please see Design Costs for any additional work if you require it).

Legal Accessibility Requirements
Accessibility
The site meets with full modern coding standards and legal accessibility laws - 508 as a minimum this is a legal standard for many UK and USA web sites (find out more about Accessibility Law (External Link use back button to return to this site)).
Your Web Site accessibility is graded by levels these are in lowest order 508, A, AA, AAA being the highest.
Your site will auto validate to AA as standard and most of it will auto validate to AAA (due to this being judged by a validating web site some pages have been deliberately amended to make them more accessible than they would be if they met the validators needs). This level of accessibility should not fall despite the fact that you will be adding pages and amending content yourself, we do give you instructions on this during your free training period. We can however check the progress and quality of your site from time to time if you wish.
Search Engine Optimised.
Search Engines
Most web design and e-commerce systems do not take search engine friendliness into account when designing your site. We have put a lot of effort into helping your site be found by the search engines and will give guidance as to how to make sure your site is found.
Your site is written to help as much as possible with dynamically written content in the right areas to help with your search engine placement. The coding is also clean and allows the search engines to spider your website easily. Included in your purchase fee is auto uploaded to the search engines after your site has been built.
You will receive notes on how to help with your search engine listings when you purchase your site and we will go through this process with you during your free training period.
If however, search engine placement is seriously important to your company, you would need to use a dedicated search engine ranking company to assist you with this (such companies charge several hundred pounds per annum for this service). Currently we have no recommendations.
Google's Froogle Upload
A new feature for AAACart will allow you to easily add your product details to Google's Froogle section, have a look at Froogle (External Link opens in new window) to see how it works. This is an additional service at a cost of £100.00 the prosse's is simple and quick to do in your secure admin area. This is a great way to help with your e-com site's listings on one of the worlds top search engines.

As your business grows, it can be harder to keep your finger on the pulse. With your CMS, you will have the option of allowing allocated staff to edit/make new pages via their restricted admin access.
You can either have them send their amendments for approval by yourself or a designated administrator, or they can be allowed to publish pages themselves.

You can send bulk emails automatically to all your customers with the ability for them to subscribe/unsubscribe or change there email address. The system will automatically send out HTML or just text emails appropriate for each customer's computer settings. Templates can be set up for your particular needs. Your site will be powered by a top-end database, MS SQL, which is a very powerful system providing enough resources to run your site as it gets larger. The price includes the MS SQL licence fee. Many E-Commerce systems use a much cheaper and inferior solution Access DB this if fine for the a small office use but this can crash on the web if 17 to 20 people writ to it at the same time, if it crashes you would loose everything save any backups that were made.

Ongoing Costs
Your annual hosting fee is just £175 pa for AAASite and £250.00pa for AAACart. If you go over your allocated server space (this is only relevant if you have a large site or it is Very popular) or bandwidth you will be billed for the next appropriate package.

What is Bandwidth?
This is the amount of traffic you get to your site - the more traffic to your site, the more bandwidth you will require. If your site becomes really popular, the extra traffic will hopefully generate more customers who will help with the small extra cost. example calculation
What is Server Space?
Your website is kept on a server (a bit like a hard drive) and depending on how many pages and images etc you have on your site, this will take up an amount of space. A typical small site of 80-100 pages will take about 20mb of space.
Extra domain name charging
Prices are per year added to your annual fee:
